As a guideline, all orders will be processed the next working day after payment. Once our team start to process your order, you will receive an email notification. Our team will pack the order accordingly based on a first-come-first-served basis.

*During peak sale/promotional period, we may not be able to fulfil the standard deliveries time period due to heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues after placing your order. There will be an additional 3 days to deliver.

If your order is still under “To Receive” tab, please proceed to request for return/refund if you:

  1. Did not receive the order 
  2. Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories)
  3. Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product)
  4. Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, broken) 
  5. Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)

At the bottom side of every newsletter email, there is a small ‘Unsubscribe’ button that you can click to unsubscribe from our newsletters. We are going to miss you!
